Delivery of The second Seahorse 35 (35,000 DWT Handysize Bulk Carrier)
World's Second Seahorse 35 has been delivered.
On 11th November 2011 the world's second Seahorse 35 left the yard. The first port on her maiden voyage was Japan for loading.
The vessel fulfills all requirements according to specification, contract, rules and international regulations.
Marine Power has been involved in all phases of this project. From evaluation of yards, specification, maker list, drawing approval, supervision of the construction and up to delivery.

Delivery of The FIRST Seahorse 35 (35,000 DWT Handysize Bulk Carrier)
The first Seahorse 35 bulk carrier was delivered to her Owner on the 26th August 2011. On the 2nd September 2011 the vessel left the yard, DDHI at Qidong, Jiangsu Province, China. Initial loading ports were in China. The vessel is now on its way to East coast of India passing Singapore for bunkers, stores.

The FIRST Seahorse 35 (35,000 DWT Handysize Bulkcarrier) for Sea Trial
From 28th July to 2nd August 2011 the sea trial of the first Seahorse 35 was carried out in the Yellow Sea, east of Qingdao, China.
Vessel returned to DDHI on 2nd August pm, 2011.

The FIRST Seahorse 35 (35,000 DWT Handysize Bulkcarrier) soon for Sea Trial
Hull 017 was launched on 5th March 2011 at the DDHI Yard, Qidong, China. We are now at the final stage in the construction phase and soon Hull 017 will be bound for sea trial.
Marine Power Ltd has taken care of all construction supervision, drawing approval, tests of equipment at the various makers in China and outside China. The vessel's hull shape, propeller design and other means will ensure that she performs in the most economical and environmental friendly way.

The world's second Seahorse 35 (35,000 DWT Bulk Carrier) launched on 20th May 2011.
Hull 018 was launched on 20th May at the Daoda Heavy Industries, Qidong, Jiangsu, China.
Marine Power Ltd has taken care of all construction supervision, drawing approval, tests of equipment at the various makers in China and outside China.
The vessel's hull shape, propeller design and other means will ensure that she performs in the most economical and environmental friendly way.
We are now carrying out supervision of all outfitting, quay and sea trials and then delivery to the Owner.
